You are a project coordinator. Read the status notes below and produce a risk register as a markdown table with columns: Risk, Likelihood (Low/Medium/High), Impact (Low/Medium/High), Owner, Mitigation. Include at most six risks, ordered by Impact then Likelihood. Do not invent owners; if no owner is named for a risk, write "Unassigned".

Status notes, week of June 1.

Platform migration: The database cutover rehearsal slipped a week because the staging cluster ran out of disk during the dry run; infra has ordered capacity but delivery is quoted at ten business days, which puts the second rehearsal inside the freeze window. Petra owns the cutover plan. If the second rehearsal cannot happen before the freeze, the migration moves to Q3 and the old cluster's support contract, which expires July 15, would need a costly month-to-month extension.

Mobile release: The 5.0 release candidate is in review. Apple flagged the background location usage description as insufficient once before, and the new build uses the same wording, so a rejection is plausible. Marcus drafted alternate wording but it has not been submitted. Android is on track.

Hiring: The senior SRE offer was declined; the next two candidates are at earlier stages, so on-call coverage for the migration weekend currently depends on contractors whose statement of work ends June 30. Nobody has confirmed whether the SOW can be extended.

Compliance: The annual penetration test found two medium findings in the legacy admin panel. Fixes are scoped at four engineer-days but the team that owns the panel is the same team doing the migration. Dana suggested deferring the fixes until after cutover; security has not yet agreed, and the audit evidence deadline is July 31.

Vendor: The analytics vendor announced a pricing change effective next quarter that roughly doubles our event-ingestion cost at current volume. Owen is modeling whether sampling non-critical events keeps us inside budget; early numbers suggest a 40 percent volume cut is needed, which product has not signed off on.
